Delivery Information

Orders to be delivered in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on the nature of the order.

Your order is very much appreciated and our aim is always to give the best service we can. However, it should be noted that we have no control of the operations of the Royal Mail or Couriers.

It is our aim to dispatch items within 48 hours and deliver within 3 - 5 working days. We will contact you if we believe this may be different due to stock availability.

To assist the prompt arrival of your order we ask that you carefully check all delivery and contact information before submitting your order as these errors can occasionally cause delay.

Due to the variety of shapes, sizes and weights of our products some orders of more than one item may arrive separately and by different methods. We will notify you as each item is dispatched.

If we have accidently omitted any item from your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving the rest of the order. The omission will then be investigated and where appropriate be re-delivered or if necessary refunded.

If once your order has been dispatched and you do not receive your delivery please contact us. We will then investigate the matter with Royal Mail or our Couriers and once satified it is lost will re-deliver or refund as appropriate. This may take up to 30 days.

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any damaged items.

Please make sure that if an item is damaged it is signed for as damaged. Items that are signed for as received in good condition may not be able to be replaced.
